Step
1: DETERMINE YOUR TIMEFRAME.

2: DEVELOP A REALISTIC BUDGET.
Step
3: SELECT A LOT.
Step
4: PLACE YOUR SELECTED LOT ON HOLD.
Step 5: MAKE DESIGN SELECTIONS.
Step 6: CONSTRUCTION BEGINS.
Once
your home is complete, a pre-occupancy walk-through will be scheduled
to address any final punch list items and to provide an orientation to
you on the use and care of your new home.
After occupancy, we will return on the six and twelve-month anniversary
dates to correct specific areas of concern covered under your warranty.
