The emphasis is placed on “teamwork" and partnering together for the common cause of developing something truly special and unique that reflects your own personal lifestyle, needs, and budget.

The design process starts when you initially meet with our home designer to determine the specific parameters for your new home. A nominal design fee and agreement are required to start. This fee is credited back to the contract price of the home. Our designer will make suggestions on how to incorporate materials and methods, which will make your house “one-of-a-kind”. In addition, he is a valuable resource for construction materials, current building trends, floor plan ideas, and what to expect in the construction of your new home. In addition to designing your home, the designer will work with you to create the detailed specifications which go hand-in-hand with the building plans to create the home you desire.

Once we’ve designed your home, our staff estimator can put together all construction costs and allowances within a matter of a few days by using our computerized digitizer system and our estimating software. A detailed estimate ensures you are receiving a fair price for the home you wish to build. There is no guesswork involved and no surprises later on.
